# 4. Tại sao tôi không nhìn thấy fanpage hoặc load không đủ fanpage tôi là quản trị viên khi sử dụng?

Trong quá trình kết nối với DooPage sẽ có thể xảy ra những lỗi phát sinh không mong muốn như không thấy fanpage nào hiển thị để kích hoạt hay không hiển thị đủ số lượng fanpage dù bạn là quản trị viên của những fanpage ấy.

Nguyên nhân 1: Do bạn chưa cấp quyền cho DooPage để truy cập vào fanpage của bạn quản lý. 

Cách xử lý:  

a. Truy cập <https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools> và tìm app có tên "DooPage" ( nếu không thấy app bạn hãy thử truy cập <https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications&ref=settings> ) và tiến hành gỡ cài đặt:&#x20;

b. Truy cập [https://my.doopage.com](https://my.doopage.com/) và tiến hành Cập nhật lại fanpage!&#x20;

Nguyên nhân 2: có thể do xảy ra xung đột của 1 số tiện ích, addon trong trình duyệt làm gián đoạn kết nối với phía Facebook.
