# 9. Fanpage bị báo lỗi truy cập dữ liệu từ Facebook và cách xử lý?

Trong một số trường hợp, phần mềm sẽ hiển thị thông báo "Xảy ra lỗi khi truy cập dữ liệu từ facebook, vui lòng cập nhật lại fanpage"

**Nguyên nhân:**

Có thể rơi vào 1 trong các nguyên nhân sau:

\+ Hết thời hạn Facebook cấp token cho Fanpage 

\+ Vì Facebook bị lỗi hoặc mới update nên cần cập nhật để lấy lại token

\+ Vì tài khoản Facebook cá nhân là admin của Fanpage và kết nối với phần mềm bị đổi mật khẩu truy cập, bị khóa tạm thời,...

**Cách xử lý:**

Khi hiển thị thông báo này, bạn cần làm mới lại quyền bằng cách nhấp vào nút Cập nhật Fanpage <img src="/files/-LiD-o4s2oqiX40Fw3cA" alt="" data-size="original"> và thực hiện các thao tác cấp lại quyền cho Fanpage là sẽ có thể sử dụng bình thường bạn nhé!

Hoặc bạn cũng có thể thực hiện thao tác cấp quyền lại cho DooPage truy cập vào Fanpage theo hướng dẫn:

**Bước 1**: Truy cập <https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools> và tìm app có tên "DooPage" ( nếu không thấy app bạn hãy thử truy cập <https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications&ref=settings> ) và tiến hành gỡ cài đặt:&#x20;
