# Quản lý các trạng thái đơn hàng

Về cơ bản, trong mục [Đơn hàng trên my.doopage.com](https://my.doopage.com/dashboard/order), phần mềm cung cấp cho bạn các trạng thái đơn hàng sau:

Ngoài ra, nếu shop của bạn kinh doanh theo dạng khách order sản phẩm trước, sau đó bạn mới nhập hàng khách đã order và đóng gói hàng gửi khách, DooPage sẽ hỗ trợ bạn thêm hai trạng thái là `Đang đặt hàng` và `Đã nhập hàng` để shop quản lý trạng thái đơn hàng order của shop.

Để thêm hai trạng thái trên vào quản lý trạng thái đơn hàng, bạn vào mục[ Cài đặt trên my.doopage.com](https://my.doopage.com/dashboard/settings), gạt nút kích hoạt `Quản lý Đặt hàng - Nhập hàng (Backorder)`

Lúc này trong mục [Đơn hàng trên my.doopage.com](https://my.doopage.com/dashboard/order) sẽ xuất hiện thêm trạng thái `Đang đặt hàng` và `Đã nhập hàng` để shop quản lý trạng thái đơn
