# Live chat (Website)

### Bước 1: Tại Trang quản lý my.doopage.com, chọn mục **Kênh** -> Click vào biểu tượng dấu "+" -> Website

* Tên miền (Lưu ý: Tên miền không chứa http hoặc https)
* Đa kênh: các kênh liên lạc khác bao gồm các kênh đã được tích hợp vào phần mềm; khách hàng của bạn có thể lựa chọn quét mã QR để tiếp tục chat với bạn qua các kênh đã chọn
* Ngôn ngữ và lời chào: Lời chào hiển thị khi khách hàng nhìn thấy nút Live chat tương ứng với ngôn ngữ sử dụng&#x20;
* Thời gian trả lời trung bình của bạn

### Sau đó click vào nút Lưu để tích hợp thành công Live chat trên phần mềm

### Bước 3: Nhúng mã script để hiển thị chatbox trên Website của bạn

Sau khi lưu các thông tin của website, pop up mã nhúng sẽ xuất hiện &#x20;

-> Click vào khu vực mã nhúng để copy mã nhúng và chèn mã nhúng và cuối website của bạn (Footer)
