# Xử lý đơn hàng

Nếu shop tự giao hàng, bạn chọn **Tự Giao Hàng** tại mục **Đơn vị vận chuyển** và tùy chỉnh trạng thái đơn hàng: 

\+ Trạng thái giao nhận: Đang xử lý, đã xác nhận, đã giao hàng, đã trả hàng và bạn có thể vào trực tiếp các mục này để quản lý đơn hàng

\+ Trạng thái thanh toán: Chưa thanh toán, đã thanh toán, đã hoàn tiền

Nếu sử dụng đơn vị vận chuyển, trước khi xử lý đơn hàng, bạn cần [tích hợp Đơn vị vận chuyển](/thao-tac-danh-cho-quan-ly/quan-ly-ban-hang/tich-hop-cac-dich-vu-giao-nhan.md) và [Thêm điểm lấy hàng](/thao-tac-danh-cho-quan-ly/cai-dat/tao-diem-lay-hang.md)

tại mục **Đơn vị vận chuyển** chọn tài khoản Topship**,** GHTK hoặc VNPost bạn đã tích hợp 

Chọn **Điểm lấy hàng** đã tạo để nhân viên vận chuyển đến nhận hàng

Chọn hình thức (gói nhanh/gói chuẩn) và đơn vị vận chuyển (GHN, GHTK,  Viettel Post, J\&T) phù hợp (đối với Đơn vị vận chuyển là Topship)

Nhấn **Xác nhận**

Đơn hàng sẽ chuyển sang trạng thái **Đã xác nhận**. Thông tin đơn hàng sẽ tự động đồng bộ sang hệ thống của Topship và nhân viên giao hàng sẽ liên hệ với bạn để lấy hàng.

Nếu muốn xuất phiếu in đơn hàng, nhấp vào nút Xử lý tại đơn hàng cần in phiếu, khung pop up xuất hiện, chọn **In phiếu**

#### Lưu ý: Khi đơn hàng ở trạng thái Đã xác nhận, nút In hàng loạt sẽ xuất hiện để bạn lựa chọn in hàng loạt các Vận đơn đang ở trạng thái đã xác nhận nhằm tiết kiệm thời gian

Trạng thái đơn hàng bên Topship sẽ tự động đồng bộ sang DooPage để bạn theo dõi tình trạng đơn hàng dễ dàng (đã giao hàng, đang trả hàng, đã trả hàng, đã hủy)

Nếu muốn hủy đơn hàng ở khâu nào, bạn nhấp chọn nút **Hủy đơn hàng**
